We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Coordinator to run the Trade Desk daily operations, deliver outstanding service, and help drive performance at our Smithfield branch. Company wide bonus scheme Paid parental leave & birthday leave Ongoing training, support and development Commitment to wellbeing – Employee Assistance Program & yearly flu shots Staff discounts, Reward and Recognition Programs & social events What you will be doing Deliver outstanding service and technical advice to trade customers (training provided) Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients Manage orders, returns, credits, payments and customer enquiries via phone and email Liaise with warehouse, technicians, sales and accounts teams to support daily operations Maintain product displays, stock levels and ensure timely dispatch of orders Monitor key performance metrics and support sales promotions and upselling initiatives Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures What we are looking for: Experience in customer service and/or sales (pool industry experience highly desirable) Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities Skilled in building and maintaining effective relationships across internal departments Comfortable working autonomously with minimal direction Confident using systems (e.g. M3 or similar ERP tools) Join us today and play a key role in creating great experiences for our customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
