Initially this will be a 6‑month, fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension. About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across Aspen Medical. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth, high‑quality experience while helping us secure top talent across our diverse business. Working across a combination of volume and specialist recruitment projects, you'll learn to switch gears and gain exposure to a broad range of recruiting styles. What You’ll Be Doing Managing end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and selection support Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers Conducting background and reference checks Preparing job offers and supporting onboarding for new hires Maintaining accurate candidate information in our systems Staying up to date with recruitment best practice and contributing to continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Essential Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment A collaborative and flexible team player Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders and candidates Willingness to learn new systems and processes Desired Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR support Experience using Oracle HCM (or similar ATS platforms) Foundational understanding of recruitment principles Why Aspen Medical?
