The Area Sales Manager (ASM) drives growth by generating leads and building strong client relationships across a portfolio of innovative aesthetic technologies. Using a proven sales methodology, you’ll educate and engage customers to deliver impactful results and lasting brand loyalty. This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic sales expertise with a passion for cutting-edge MedTech solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES Report directly to the Regional Sales Director and take ownership of driving sales performance within your assigned territory. Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calls and on-site client visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth and cross‑selling. Educate clients on product benefits, indications, efficacy, and safety, demonstrating how these solutions meet both clinic and patient needs. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support business objectives. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of proven success in sales, ideally within medical capital equipment or high‑value B2B environments in the MedTech space. Consistent record of exceeding targets and driving business growth. Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics and client needs. Professional, reliable, and results‑oriented, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence decisions. Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated by achieving tangible results in a fast‑moving, performance‑driven environment. DURATION Full‑time, permanent SALARY Base salary with uncapped commissions and quarterly performance bonuses. LOCATION Ideally based in Brisbane or South Queensland, you’ll oversee a diverse territory spanning Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Noosa, and the Northern Territory.
