This is the perfect opportunity for a plumber who knows the industry, understands clients’ needs, and wants to step into more of a sales role. About the Role You will be responsible for recommending and quoting solutions for our residential and strata clients and providing them with a reliable, friendly and professional experience. Licensed tradesman plumber with domestic maintenance plumbing and drain experience is required. Focus onquoting, building relationships, and converting leads into sales across residential, strata, and relining projects. Diagnose issues and prepare tailored solutions to residential homeowners, strata and relining clients. Work closely with our plumbing and relining teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Use problem solving skills to provide some domestic plumbing maintenance services, including installations, repairs & replacements. What We’re Looking For Holding a plumbing license and having solid experience in domestic maintenance plumbing and relining will be extremely beneficial to your application. However, we understand that unicorns are hard to find and will consider skilled licensed plumbers with domestic maintenance knowledge and experience. A positive attitude and natural desire to solve problems and convert jobs. A high level of attention to detail. Self motivation to get the job done, in a reliable and professional manner. Solid sales and client-facing experience with a proven ability to convert opportunities to jobs. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Motivated, results-driven, and the ability to work independently. Someone who is confident quoting and selling but get back on the tools to help out the team when required.
