Fleet & Logistics Coordinator Overview The Fleet & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly every day. You’ll take charge of managing our vehicles, equipment, and facilities – making sure everything is safe, reliable, and ready to go. From overseeing vehicle lifecycles and equipment calibration to coordinating suppliers and maintaining our offices and yards, you’ll be the go‑to person who ensures our business runs efficiently and effectively. Working closely with teams across the company, you’ll help keep our operations compliant, well‑organised, and aligned with our wider goals. You’ll also manage vendor relationships, insurance, and purchasing to make sure we get the best value and performance from every asset. Key Responsibilities Fleet, Asset & Facilities Management Manage the full lifecycle of company vehicles — procurement, registration, servicing, and disposal. Oversee vehicle and equipment servicing, repairs, and calibration. Maintain compliance with safety and operational regulations. Manage onboarding and offboarding of assets, ensuring accurate records and reporting. Coordinate insurance renewals, claims, and incident registers. Conduct regular audits of assets, fleet, and facilities, producing reports on utilisation and performance. Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, negotiating contracts for quality and value. Oversee office, yard, and warehouse facilities, ensuring they’re safe, compliant, and operationally ready. Maintain the asset register, inventory management system, and procurement of tools and consumables. Business & Operational Support Support departments with asset allocation, onboarding/offboarding, and office resources. Manage office-related contracts, liaising with landlords, subcontractors, and service providers. Oversee operational systems such as asset registers and compliance platforms. Strategic & Financial Oversight Assist with major procurement and service contracts. Contribute to budgeting and identify cost‑saving opportunities. Support strategic asset planning and lifecycle management. Cross‑Functional Support Stay up to date with best practice in fleet, asset, and facilities management. Participate in training and professional development. Support additional operational and administrative duties as needed. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in Surveying would be a huge advantage but a background in either Construction or Engineering is essential. Proven experience in asset management, procurement, or operational coordination. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong organisational and problem‑solving ability with attention to detail. Proactive and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and operational systems. Valid Driver’s Licence. Ready to make an impact?
