We are a family‑run company with stores located in ACT, QLD and WA – and the Fyshwick outlet is one of our Mega‑stores and online hub. About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a full time multi‑site Store Manager based in Fyshwick. Your role will oversee 2 sites in Fyshwick and online order fulfillment and include, but not be limited to; Team management and multi‑site rosters Stock control Merchandising Online Order fulfillment Customer service – online and in‑store Computer POS use and shipping Software Email correspondence – (Customers and internal) Stock – receipt/unpacking pallets and manual handling (large/heavy cartons) Basic administrative tasks About You If you want to join our fantastic teams, then you must possess the following: Previous retail store management experience (minimum of 2 years ) Experience working in a busy store with a high turnover (required ) A fun and friendly personality Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills The ability to motivate and manage a team Receive and organise large deliveries into our storage area Must possess valid Australian work rights Benefits & Culture Flexibility – opportunities for flexible working Be Rewarded – Potential to receive bonuses for hitting your KPIs Free Parking - onsite parking available Training Provided – Receive ongoing support and on‑the‑job training If you have an interest in or have done extensive travel then this role would suit you well - you can share your experiences and stories with your customers.
