Full‑time permanent position in our Cremorne practice. About the Practice Our Bupa Dental Cremorne practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Practice Manager as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our practice. The Opportunity We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Cremorne, NSW practice available for an experienced Practice Manager seeking permanent full‑time work. The Heart of the role : Coaching, leading and developing a high‑performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients Assist with overall financial performance of the practice in line with the approved budget Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control Conveniently located with accessible public transport and free street parking onsite Patient Management Greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, confirming appointments Checking, processing and managing customer accounts General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS Proactively marketing the practice to drive patient numbers Effectively manage the recruitment and selection for all practice staff What You'll Bring Previous dental Practice Manager or strong dental experience is required Prior business and people management experience essential Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen Understanding how to generate income and control costs Ability to face difficult conversations and deal promptly with issues when they arise Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients and practice team Experience in comprehending and managing the P & L for the practice Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued.
