Disability Support Worker – Female and Male Staff (Northern Adelaide – Gawler Region and Western Adelaide) Casual | Ongoing 24/7 shifts available across Northern, Western & Eastern Adelaide. Attentive Care – NDIS Registered Provider Attentive Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. We provide high-quality, person‑centred care and have proudly supported NDIS participants for many years. We are currently hiring casual staff for ongoing 24/7 supports, including morning, afternoon and sleepover shifts. About the Role You will be supporting NDIS participants with: Personal care and daily living Community access and skill development Following Behaviour Support Plans Providing support to complex‑care clients PEG feeding (essential or willing to train) All shifts paid as per SCHADS Awards depending on your experience. Qualifications & Training Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent PEG feeding competency (or willingness to complete training) Clearances NDIS Worker Screening Check DHS Working with Children Check (both must be held at time of application) Mandatory Training First Aid CPR Assist with Medication (theory & practical) NDIS Orientation Module Supporting People to Stay Infection Free (Infection Control) Experience with complex behaviours Mental health support CPI/MAPA, Epilepsy, Midazolam training (if available) Safe Environments for Children & Young People (desirable) Other Required Documents Manual Handling training Australian Driver's Licence Visa Grant Document – if applicable Comprehensive Car Insurance – Certificate of Currency Car Registration Certificate & Car Service History Australian Government COVID‑19 Infection Control Training Candidates with all types of Australian work rights will be considered for this position.
