It goes without saying that protecting the data of the world’s largest freight forwarders is critical to the function of the international supply chain, so as an Identity Security Engineer, you will be crucial to the protection and defense of thousands of users globally. Summary As an Identity Security Engineer, you will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining our IAM systems and processes. You will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization by ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access management while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align security initiatives with business objectives. Responsibilities Onboard and support the integration of services into identity processes and solutions. Operate the organization’s identity and access management (IAM) systems and processes. Develop and maintain automation to support operational use cases. Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security infrastructure. Triage, handle, or elevate security issues as needed. Solve security challenges, contributing to solutions. Collaborate across the company on security initiatives and processes to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals. Requirements 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a developer, systems engineering, or security engineering role. Automation and coding skills, with proficiency in Python or a similar language. Understanding of identity management concepts, security standards, protocols, and best practices (e.g., authentication, authorization, SSO, SAML, OIDC, AD). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Preferred Experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Azure Entra ID, Active Directory). Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
