Key Responsibilities Configure, optimize, and maintain the Okta IAM platform, including user management, application integrations, and security policies. Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and lifecycle automation processes. Develop and maintain user provisioning and deprovisioning integrations with HR systems, directories, and SaaS applications. Troubleshoot and resolve identity, authentication, and access-related issues across multiple systems and environments. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance with security standards and access governance frameworks. Monitor and analyze IAM metrics to identify optimization opportunities and enhance user experience. Document configurations, processes, and integration workflows for ongoing support and audits. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong hands‑on experience with Okta administration, configuration, and application integrations. Proficient in identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, and access policies. Understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, and related authentication/authorization protocols. Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) integration. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills for IAM‑related issues. Relevant certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional/Administrator/Consultant) are a plus.
