Your Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Origination Analyst located in the Sydney CBD. You will support the origination process by analysing opportunities, conducting financial modeling, preparing investment proposals, and assisting in due diligence activities. You will closely collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage transactions and identify prospective investments. You will also monitor market trends and provide detailed reporting to support business growth and decision-making efforts. The role offers a clear pathway to careers in loan origination, transaction execution, portfolio management or credit, with direct client exposure and professional development opportunities. You'll play a critical role in supporting the originators ensuring smooth management of loans right throughout the loan lifecycle, ensuring borrowers receive exceptional service. Your Qualifications and Experience Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative valuation techniques Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to assess market trends and investment opportunities Experience in drafting investment proposals, presentations, and reports Knowledge of commercial real estate markets, lending practices, and credit risk evaluation Collaborative skills to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Proficiency in financial software tools and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with related technologies is a plus A degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
