Business Analyst | Business Banking Originations Our Banking and Financial Services division is dedicated to reimagining the future of originating and servicing business banking clients. As a Business Analyst, you will work with a team dedicated to solving problems and generating great outcomes for our staff and clients. Your key responsibilities will include understanding our staff and customer needs by facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, uncovering pain points, and conducting user story refinement. You will also work closely with the Product Manager and Lead Engineer to ensure our highest value problems are prioritised and define and execute test cases to ensure releases are high quality. What you offer Experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment. Financial services experience will be highly regarded. Strong attention to detail and analytical, critical thinking skills with an ability to break down problems into smaller components. Proficiency in documentation with strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to drive own workflow and work asynchronously with the team who work in different locations on different time zones. Ability to juggle priorities, manage deadlines, and pick up new ideas and concepts quickly. Previous Business Analyst experience is not critical subject to broad experience held in business banking where you are keen to develop your skills and grow into the role.
