Business Consultant - Property & Rating (Transitions) Join to apply for the Business Consultant - Property & Rating (Transitions) role at TechnologyOne TechnologyOne has an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals to join our Property & Rating (P&R) Transitions team within our Consulting division. The P&R Transitions team plays a critical role in helping local governments and organisations transition to our CiAnywhere platform for Property & Rating solutions. Our P&R solutions empower councils and organisations to manage everything from properties, valuations, rates, and compliance through to billing, payments, and revenue collection. By streamlining complex processes, ensuring compliance, and integrating seamlessly with our enterprise software suite, these products deliver efficiency, accuracy, and better community outcomes. What you'll be doing Working side by side with our customers to smoothly transition customers from Ci to CiAnywhere for Property & Rating. Provide expert guidance on best practices for Property & Rating operations, compliance, and revenue management. Translate business requirements into system configurations within TechnologyOne's P&R modules. Ensure integration with other TechnologyOne modules (e.g., Financials, Spatial, Asset Management). Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation for property, valuation, and rating records. TechnologyOne Experience: Direct experience with the Property and Rating Compliance or Revenue module is essential for this role. Process Expertise: A proven track record of analysing and optimizing business processes. Problem‑Solving Skills: The ability to identify challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions. Communication Skills: Confidence in presenting and articulating process changes and benefits to a diverse audience. Relevant Backgrounds: Ideal for those with experience as Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Process Analysts, Pre‑Sales Consultants, Product Trainers, or any role that is exposed to the TechOne P&R product.
