About The Role As a Franchise Business Consultant, you’ll support a portfolio of franchise restaurants by coaching, guiding and empowering partners to achieve outstanding results. From operational reviews and KPI analysis to supporting new restaurant openings, you’ll play a key role in shaping consistent standards and a thriving network. You’ll Work Closely With Franchisees To Conduct structured business reviews and drive action plans for improvement Provide coaching on labour management, cost control and guest experience Ensure compliance with operational, WHS and food safety standards Support the rollout of training, onboarding and development programs Lead and coordinate new restaurant openings, ensuring every site launches successfully About You You’re a hands‑on leader who knows how to turn plans into results. You’ve led operations in QSR, retail or hospitality and know what it takes to build high‑performing teams and thriving franchise partnerships. You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience in multi‑site operational leadership Strong commercial acumen and understanding of KPIs (COGS, labour, compliance) Experience in franchised environments and new store openings Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills A Bachelor of Business or related qualification (preferred) Why El Jannah?
