About the role We are seeking a Senior Manager – Digital Products to lead the end‑to‑end delivery, performance and evolution of GBCA’s digital platforms, tools and services. This senior leadership role focuses on translating organisational strategy into clear, prioritised product roadmaps and delivery plans, strengthening digital governance and ensuring our digital ecosystem delivers exceptional user experiences, supports operational efficiency and enables continued evolution of Green Star rating tools. What you will do Lead the full lifecycle of GBCA’s digital products, from discovery through to delivery, release and ongoing optimisation Translate organisational strategy into prioritised product roadmaps and delivery plans in partnership with the COO Provide senior leadership across digital product innovation, data integration and technology‑enabled service delivery Strengthen governance across product design, prioritisation, delivery and release management Drive integration across platforms to support seamless customer and member experiences Oversee digital delivery including planning, budgets, sprint cycles, risk management and vendor performance Champion customer‑centred, digital‑first thinking across the organisation Build strong cross‑functional relationships to align needs, streamline processes and support successful delivery Lead, coach and support a high‑performing digital product team About you You are a senior digital product leader who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery capability. You are comfortable operating across strategy, governance and execution, and thrive in environments where collaboration, influence and clarity are essential. You have demonstrated experience in supporting organisational change management. You bring 10+ years’ experience in digital, product or technology roles in complex environments 3+ years leading digital product teams and external development partners Proven experience managing a portfolio of digital products end‑to‑end Strong understanding of digital architecture, UX, accessibility and customer‑centred design Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps practices and modern product methodologies Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring diverse teams together around shared priorities Excellent organisational, prioritisation and decision‑making capability A genuine passion for building digital products that solve complex organisational and user problems Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and data‑driven platforms will be highly regarded.
