Senior Account Manager / Account Director MediaCast, Australia's leading independent PR agency, is looking for a Senior Account Manager / Account Director to join our high-performing team in Brisbane . What we're looking for : 5+ years of PR / Communications / Media Relations experience, preferably with agency experience. Excellent writing and client-facing skills. Strong organisational ability across multiple simultaneous campaigns. Experience coaching or leading junior staff. Experience in strategic communications, campaign planning, and client account management. Proficient in media relations, storytelling, and content creation across traditional and digital platforms. Skilled in team leadership, mentoring, and effective interpersonal communication. What you'll be doing : Lead PR retainers and project-based campaigns end-to-end. Own client relationships and provide senior-level counsel. Oversee campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Mentor junior team members and guide best-practice delivery. Develop new business opportunities. Onboarding new clients – work closely with our Managing Director & Group Account Director on quality, process, and outcomes. Why MediaCast?
