We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager with 4+ years experience agency‑side to join our award‑winning team and play a leading role on our flagship creative account, Baskin‑Robbins. About the role Working across our brand and creative teams, you'll understand the importance of balancing client advocacy with internal collaboration. You’ll be the kind of person who gets a kick out of solving problems (after all, that’s why clients come to us). And you’ll also love getting stuck into a diverse range of consumer and B2B projects across the health, FMCG, tech, NFP, retail and education sectors. Salary depends on experience. Ideas over egos. Sweat the details. Take ownership. Day‑to‑day responsibilities Client service and account management, playing a central role on the Baskin‑Robbins account. Working on creative campaigns and brand projects, from initial quoting and briefing stages through to design handover and invoicing. Driving best practice and improving our account management processes. Accurate financial and timeline management to ensure projects run on time, on budget and to scope. Exposure and contribution to brand strategy projects. Clear communication with client and internal agency team. Client retention and relationship management. Skills and experience Understanding of strategic disciplines: primarily brand, advertising, social media and design. Experience managing a range of creative projects including campaigns, print and digital. At least 4 years’ account service experience in an agency environment. Ability to work across multiple projects, think on your feet and prioritise workload. Great organisational and time‑management skills – and the ability to effectively plan and manage your own and your creative team’s time. Articulate and confident presenter with excellent relationship‑building and communication skills. Proactive self‑motivator with a keen interest in design and strategy. A team player with a collaborative approach and positive attitude.
