The role responsible for inspecting, verifying, and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments. Alongside this, the role also is required to assist in general warehouse duties such as the loading and unloading of freight. Duties required however are not limited to the following: Check incoming goods to ensure correct items and quantities have been received Reporting of damaged freight and shortages Document and record the contents of all shipments incoming and outgoing Unpack, code and allocate goods to the correct storage areas Maintain records of stock levels and movements Ensure all shipments meet relevant customer requirements and legislative regulations Sort and check freight against customer delivery paperwork Counterbalance forklift operating as per required Loading & unloading of trucks, trailers and containers as per required Desired Skills and Experience Desired Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in a similar role of data entry / freight checking Experience loading and unloading FAK (Freight All Kind) Warehouse environment experience Safety Awareness Certificate in Warehousing & Logistics is beneficial however not essential Experience using SAP Experience in freight scanning This is a diverse role and suits an all-rounder individual who is enjoys variety and has a can do attitude. Please note this position is Part Time at 4 hours per day and would suit an individual who is looking for either reduced hours or has other commitments that would accommodate to part time hours. In return, we offer a very competitive salary of $40.31 per hour and a great working environment in our new warehouse facility.
