Senior Legal Counsel, Investment Management Posted 5 days ago Base pay range: A$230,000.00/yr - A$270,000.00/yr Senior Legal Counsel position for a leading Australian-based investment management group that has been rapidly expanding its global footprint. You will join a diverse, collaborative and dynamic team environment, working alongside and supporting leading fund managers to achieve their investment objectives. Key responsibilities include advising the General Counsel on legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, including investment management and broker‑trading agreements, ISDA’s, prime brokerage and marketing documents. You will also participate in key projects such as offshore fund vehicles, ETFs and the due diligence process for new fund launches. Qualifications: 7+ years post‑qualifying experience in investment management. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, self‑directing, with the ability to extrapolate key issues and resolve complex problems. Candidates may be an in‑house lawyer or a senior associate in a law firm looking to transition to an in‑house role.
