Senior Legal Counsel - Litigation Contractor We are seeking a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel with experience in litigation for a contract role for 6 months. High profile work Daily rate The role You will be managing a small but complex litigation case load, supporting all stages of the litigation lifecycle. Matters will range from judicial review, class actions, AAT and related disputes. Reviewing submissions, preparing evidence and assisting with discovery. Liaising with external law firms and Commonwealth agencies. Managing subpoenas and briefing internal clients. Supporting litigation strategy and risk management. About you Minimum 5+ years post‑admission experience . More experienced legal counsel highly regarded. Strong grasp of administrative law and litigation processes. Ability to manage competing deadlines and provide clear, practical advice. Strong written communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills. Ability to work independently. Requirements Baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain one). Full‑time preferred. Part‑time or job‑share may be considered.
