About the Role As a Casual Café All‑Rounder, you will be an essential part of the Deckhouse team, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Your role will involve delivering professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service, adapting to the varied operational needs of our busy café and function centre. About the Company Deckhouse is a premier waterfront venue located in picturesque Woolwich, known for its stunning views and high‑quality dining. We are part of the esteemed Dedes Waterfront Group, committed to excellence in food, beverage, and service across all our establishments. Responsibilities Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to all customers. Prepare and serve high‑quality coffees and a range of beverages consistently. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar, café, and dining areas. Ensure all equipment, especially coffee machines, is well‑maintained and functional. Adhere to all Deckhouse policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in a café or hospitality environment, ideally as an all‑rounder. Demonstrated barista skills with a passion for coffee. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is mandatory. Availability for breakfast, lunch, and weekend shifts. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent personal presentation. Reliability and punctuality are crucial, especially for early morning and weekend shifts.
