About the Role As a People and Culture Graduate, you will support the delivery of key HR initiatives and programs across the employee lifecycle — including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and performance. You will gain valuable exposure to all aspects of HR and be supported by an experienced and collaborative team. Our People and Capability Graduate Framework, offers a structured fixed term two-year development program for our successful candidate. About You Have recently completed, or be due to graduate in the coming months, with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and organisational skills. Have the ability to maintain confidentiality, build trust, and develop strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
