As a Project Manager, you’ll guide customers through the pre-construction phase of Dual Occupancy developments, managing the journey from sales acceptance to construction commencement. Your Impact Project manage a portfolio of clients, facilitating the customer journey Provide a premium level of customer service Execute building contracts accurately and on time Proactively drive projects between major milestones Facilitate the town planning application process Maintain exceptional communication between stakeholders What You’ll Bring Experience in residential construction, ideally knockdown rebuild projects Experience in Dual Occupancy (highly regarded) Ability to deliver a premium customer experience High levels of autonomy and ownership of work Exceptional technical knowledge in complex builds Resilience and determination when faced with challenges Attention to detail and documentation accuracy Why Join Us?
