About the project Home journey is the full process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. Home Journey Common is working to provide a common solution for all Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland). By being part of this project, you will work in a diverse, highly international environment with ambitious people, working in an agile way, determined to achieve our common goal – to meet the unique needs of our customers. We are looking for a Senior Test Manager who will be able to lead QA activities in an Agile Release Train in a large-scope project. Team members are located in the Nordic countries, Poland, and India. Responsibilities Designing, creating and executing test cases Identifying, documenting and tracking defects throughout the development lifecycle Close collaboration with developers, product owners and other team members to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage Verifying bug fixes and validating new features before release Participating in sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve our QA process Ensuring that testing is aligned with business requirements and customer expectations Contributing to the development of testing standards, tools and best practices Required knowledge and experience (Must-have) Required qualifications Practical experience in manual testing of RESTful APIs Ability to design, execute and document API test cases. Experience validating request/response payloads, status codes, response headers and data formats (JSON/XML). Hands‑on proficiency with Swagger/OpenAPI tools Ability to read and interpret API specifications. Experience working with Swagger UI / Swagger Hub (or similar tools) to test endpoints and verify API contracts. Ability to identify inconsistencies between the API implementation and its documentation. Knowledge of API testing tools Experience using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, cURL, or similar. Good understanding of HTTP and REST principles Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT, API keys). Understanding common HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE) and status codes. Test design and analysis skills Ability to derive test scenarios from requirements and API documentation. Familiarity with techniques such as boundary testing, negative testing, and regression testing. Basic understanding of JSON and XML formats Ability to read, interpret, and validate structured data. Basic understanding of SQL Ability to perform simple queries to validate data correctness (SELECT, JOIN, filtering). Experience More than 5 years’ of experience in Software Testing. Minimum 3 years of professional working experience in REST API testing. General testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level. Experienced in test management tools (qTest or similar i.e Xray/HP ALM). Experienced in defining, executing and reporting tests for complex software systems. Working in Agile Teams & Jira/Confluence practical experience. Nice-to-have knowledge and experience (Nice-to-have) Nice-to-have qualifications Basic knowledge of automated API testing tools (e.g., Postman collections, REST Assured, Cypress, or similar). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Experience testing microservices‑based architectures. System testing of modern UI (Web/Mobile). #J-18808-Ljbffr
