The Role Ready to lead a high-performing engineering squad and build products that delight customers? As a Technical Lead you’ll drive engineering excellence by guiding a team of developers to deliver secure, high-quality solutions across multiple tech stacks. You’ll lead by example—shaping architecture, writing clean code, and managing CI/CD pipelines and production releases with a DevOps mindset. Core Technical Skills Proven experience in native iOS development using Swift, with strong knowledge of SwiftUI, UIKit, and the iOS app lifecycle Solid experience in native Android development using Kotlin, including deep understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack Compose, and the Android lifecycle Strong track record of integrating REST or GraphQL APIs on both platforms Experience embedding or integrating responsive web content into native mobile applications Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiar with CI/CD pipelines Experience working in Agile development environments Bonus to have Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) or cross‑platform mobile development Exposure to web technologies such as ReactJS and TypeScript Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) Experience writing unit and integration tests for both Android and iOS Comfortable leading and collaborating with remote and distributed team Key Responsibilities Ability to design and build expert‑level code Design & write unit, API/Contract and behavioral tests Pull request cross‑team approver and arbitrator Set and ensure adoption of coding, quality, accessibility and secure code standards Evangelise DevOps best practices, keep up with modern tooling and ensure business and team alignment Assist in providing technical leadership and support to your team of engineers Complete people related tasks including 1 on 1s, performance reviews, performance discussions & more Show genuine care for the career development of your individual team members If this opportunity speaks to you, please submit application with a relevant and aligned CV through the portal attached.
