What you’ll be doing Sharing and expanding your knowledge of compliance obligations including but not limited to payroll tax land tax fringe benefit tax stamp duty and ASIC requirements Preparation of accounts and tax returns to review stage Preparation of memorandums to clients and internal stakeholders Preparation of quarterly BAS statements and IAS returns Updating Work in Progress reports What you need to succeed 2 years experience in a professional accounting practice Sound understanding of compliance with an eager attitude to continue learning Clear communication style across different platforms ranging from telephone to online portal and face to face meetings Confident interpersonal skills and comfortable with stakeholder management Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines A self-starter who can manage autonomous work as well as sharing ideas to drive team success What we promise to provide Competitive salary Extensive internal and external learning opportunities to support your development.
