Job Summary Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager who will drive strategic, cross‑functional marketing initiatives to power growth for our Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) business across ANZ. Job Description This role is responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans and programs in support of the MDS business objectives. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing function, collaborate with other teams, and ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the company’s overall strategy. The role involves managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities Serve as a marketing thought leader, developing and driving the strategy for multiple product platforms. Lead cross‑functional teams in planning, organising, and successfully executing marketing plans. Provide strategic input in achieving the annual MDS revenue and gross profit targets for ANZ and control expenses to meet budget guidelines. Develop and implement a long‑term marketing strategy and express vision for a segment over the long term. Create primary and secondary defensive strategies. Develop pricing and branding strategies. Create and execute a digital success strategy. Lead the development, implementation, and execution of commercial and product marketing strategies to achieve business unit objectives. Work closely with Sales Clinical and BDX Leaders to translate key trends into marketing strategy. Collaborate with Sales and Clinical Managers to ensure execution of annual plans and achievement of financial goals. Establish credibility throughout the organisation and with external stakeholders. Guide marketing team through successful product launches. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Stay up to date on latest marketing trends and best practices and share insights with the team. Knowledge And Experience Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a related discipline. Extensive experience as a marketing leader in the medical device/healthcare industry; product management experience is advantageous. Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams in planning and execution. Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing. Prior marketing experience within ANZ markets. Experience creating and executing growth plans. Strong business acumen and results orientation. Demonstrated skills in managing a formal budget and linking promotion or advertising budgets to results. Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written.
