About the role We are currently seeking motivated Personal Care Workers to join our team in City of Moonee Valley on a Permanent Part-Time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care to our aged care clients within an In-Home Care setting. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours, preferably on Mondays to Fridays 7am - 5pm, as well as evenings till 9pm. Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist clients at home with personal care tasks like showering, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and household chores. Support clients to stay independent by helping them go out for shopping, appointments, and community activities. Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service. Maintain client privacy and dignity and encourage the same among team members and contractors. Report consumer risks to management, including inappropriate behaviours or actions not aligned to our values. Attend regular scheduled training to maintain your level of skill. Essential Qualifications & Requirements Based in City of Moonee Valley or nearby suburbs. Available Mondays to Fridays 8am - 4pm or 12pm - 6pm for evening services. Completed Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or above. Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate.
