The Role We’re looking for a dynamic operator to take the reins across a network of early learning centres — someone who thrives on leading people, lifting performance, and making centres hum with purpose and consistency. This isn’t a desk‑bound role. You’ll be out in the field, connecting with centre leaders, solving problems, and driving outcomes. You’ll manage a team of Performance Managers and work closely with national leaders to turn strategy into action — across occupancy, compliance, team culture, and child safety. The role is based in a central metro hub and offers a flexible hybrid setup. Expect regular centre visits and occasional interstate travel to regional locations. All travel is covered, with a generous car allowance included. What You’ll Own Leadership: coach and develop your team of Performance Managers Child safety: uphold safeguarding standards in every centre Systems: embed consistent platforms and processes across the network Collaboration: work across pedagogy, people, finance, and ops to lift results Growth: support new centre launches and ensure quality from day one Presence: be visible, supportive, and hands‑on with centre teams What You Bring Senior leader with early learning experience, having run multi‑site operations and built strong teams 8+ years in early childhood leadership Strong grasp of the National Quality Framework and safeguarding standards Proven ability to coach and develop high‑performing teams Financially literate with a sharp eye for performance metrics Comfortable with digital platforms Collaborative, curious, and always looking for ways to improve To apply, email your updated resume to About SH Recruitment Pty Ltd Ashburton, VIC, Australia This company does not have any further information provided at this time.
