About The Role Working from qualified inbound leads and digital applications, the Finance Broker is responsible for nurturing customers through the loan application process, focussed on conversion into settled deals. Key Responsibilities Engage new leads assisting with the loan enquiry and completing the customers' application Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the clients journey and lending experience Consistently nurture new & existing customers as part of the customers' loan journey and for the purpose of deal progression Prepare applications and documents with meticulous attention to detail Prioritise the conversion rate of new applications into approvals and settlements Why Join Us?
