The primary responsibility is to ensure operational readiness of all services and clinical teams during the staged transition to new clinical spaces. You will be responsible for existing programs and implementing operational changes across service delivery models, workflows, and staffing structures. This ensures the clinical workforce adapts effectively to the new environments. The Nursing Clinical Lead collaborates with clinical, operational, and project teams to implement contemporary models of care, optimise service delivery, and support a smooth transition into modernised spaces. This enables the delivery of safe, efficient, and quality services. Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or higher Extensive clinical experience as a nurse within a public health setting, with demonstrated leadership experience across nursing teams Demonstrated expertise in service development, change management, and project implementation, particularly in the context of clinical service delivery in a healthcare environment Experience in leading nursing teams and contributing to the strategic direction of the nursing workforce within a larger organisational context Strong understanding of contemporary models of care, service delivery innovations, and healthcare systems Advanced verbal and written communication skills to facilitate consultation, negotiation, and collaboration High-level computer literacy and advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office programs and applications Employment Type : This is a full‑time 40‑hour‑a‑week position with a monthly ADO, fixed‑term opportunity for 24 months For further details, please refer to the Position Description.
