About the role Stitches First Aid Education, a leading provider of onsite first aid training and education, is seeking a motivated and experienced First Aid Trainer to join our team based in Central Victoria. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality first aid training programs to a diverse range of clients, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. What you'll be doing Deliver engaging and informative first aid training courses, including CPR, emergency response, and workplace-specific programs Assess and evaluate participants' understanding and competency in first aid practices Maintain accurate training records and provide timely feedback to clients Stay up-to-date with changes in first aid guidelines and regulations to ensure training content is current and relevant Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve course materials and delivery methods What we're looking for A current and valid Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain) Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse groups of learners Strong knowledge of first aid principles, practices, and current industry standards Proficient in the use of training aids and audio‑visual equipment Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently A passion for providing high-quality training and making a positive impact on the community What we offer Competitive remuneration and opportunities for career progression Flexible work arrangements to accommodate work-life balance Access to ongoing training and development resources A collaborative and supportive team environment Part Time / Casual / Contractor positions available About us Stitches First Aid is a well established registered training organization based in Central Victoria delivering onsite first aid training and equipment nationally.
