Learning Assistant – Learning Enhancement (Two positions Available) Learning Assistant – Learning Enhancement (Two positions Available) Full-time | Term Time (76 hours per fortnight)Monday to Friday | School holiday breaks off Inspire, support, and make a difference every day. Trinity Lutheran College is seeking two dedicated and caring Learning Assistants – Learning Enhancement to join our inclusive learning teams, supporting students in both our Junior Years and Middle & Senior Years campuses. Centrally located in the heart of the Gold Coast, Trinity Lutheran College is a dynamic Christian co‑educational institution committed to delivering a holistic, world‑class education. These roles are to commence in Term 1, January 2026 and both contract and permanent appointments will be considered for suitable applicants. Position Description and Application Criteria The Learning Assistants – Learning Enhancement roles work alongside our teachers and specialists to ensure that every student is supported to reach their full potential. These roles focus on providing targeted learning support, implementing adjustments and strategies outlined in student support plans, and fostering engagement and achievement for students with diverse learning needs.
