Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director is a key member of TEQSA’s Executive Leadership Team and provides strategic leadership across the agency’s corporate and enabling services functions—including financial management, ICT and business solutions, people and capability, infrastructure, and corporate performance—to keep TEQSA agile, accountable, and well‑positioned to deliver on its purpose. As a trusted adviser to the CEO and the Accountable Authority, the Executive Director shapes operational priorities, leads a multidisciplinary team, and models a culture of collaboration, integrity, and high performance. The role requires a seasoned executive who can navigate a operating environment, drive innovation and continuous improvement, and deliver high‑quality outcomes that support effective regulation and organisational capability.
