Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Leasing Consultant who loves people, thrives on pace, and brings care and consistency to every step of the leasing journey. As our Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the friendly, organised face of our rentals portfolio. You’ll manage leasing campaigns from start to finish, deliver standout inspections, qualify strong applicants, and work closely with our Property Managers to keep occupancy high and transitions smooth. This is a hands‑on, fast‑moving role where no two days look the same. Bonus Scheme : That acknowledges your contributions and dedication. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end leasing for a residential rental portfolio. Conduct open homes and private inspections, including some Saturdays and occasional after‑hours appointments. Liaise with prospective tenants, answer enquiries quickly and professionally. Provide timely leasing and application updates to owners. Process applications, verify documentation, and recommend suitable tenants. Prepare lease instructions and coordinate move‑ins with the PM team. Maintain accurate listings, photos, and advertising across platforms. Provide market feedback and pricing recommendations to Property Managers. Deliver a smooth, positive customer experience for owners and tenants. Assist the Business Development Manager. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in residential leasing or property management (preferred). Current WA Property Registration Certificate. Strong communication skills; warm, clear, and confident. Excellent time management with consistent, proactive follow‑up. A proactive, solution‑focused approach.
