PRD Burleigh/ Tallebudgera is seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused person to join our Property Management Team as a Leasing Consultant working alongside our two high performance New Business Managers. We're a team who will help you personally grow, week in and week out. We'll teach you the industry so you can become an expert and get a head start on your real estate career. PRD Burleigh/Tallebudgera are arguably one of the leading Real Estate agencies on the Southern Gold Coast. With a focus on providing fantastic training and opportunities to grow and well supported by an experienced team. Roles & Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service Provide support to the New Business Managers in a range of functions associated with leasing and maintaining properties in accordance with the property investor’s instructions Respond to general enquiries from potential tenants Accurately complete all necessary documentation Viewings Act as a liaison between tenants and property investors Ensure that properties are maintained and presented in accordance with the property investor’s instructions Qualities and Qualifications Positive attitude Ability to think on your feet Unbelievable work ethic which involves a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm Willingness to learn from other team members In addition to the above qualities you must hold a QLD driver’s license, a Certificate of Registration and be available to work on Saturdays with a rostered day off during the week.
