As part of the firm’s national SAP Capability team, you will work alongside industry experts, finance leaders, and technical consultants to deliver modern, efficient, and business‑driven financial solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA. This role is open nationally — applicants from any city with a KPMG office are encouraged to apply. Role This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will lead a small team of SAP analysts and functional consultants while guiding clients through end‑to‑end SAP Financials solution design, configuration, and optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with finance stakeholders and cross‑functional SAP teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. You’ll contribute across the full delivery lifecycle including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and ongoing support — with a strong focus on financial process improvement and operational efficiency. You will Solution Design & Configuration Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Margin Analysis). Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with best practices. Ensure data integrity and seamless end‑to‑end process functionality. Mentor and guide a small team of SAP analysts and functional consultants. Assign work, provide performance feedback, and foster a collaborative and high‑performing culture. Business Process & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Finance teams to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities. Work closely with senior business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure solution alignment with strategic goals. Integration & Support Oversee integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and external systems. Provide expert‑level support for month‑end / year‑end close processes and financial reporting. Develop documentation, training materials, and lead user training workshops. Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA enhancements and emerging capabilities. Recommend system upgrades, new functionalities, and future‑state improvements. You will have 5+ years’ experience in SAP Finance and Controlling delivery roles, ideally in consulting or client‑facing environments. Deep functional knowledge across FI and/or CO components. Practical experience working with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Group Reporting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis, Cost Controlling, etc.). Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Experience mentoring or leading junior consultants. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
