This position focuses onEntry to Practice programs , including graduate, postgraduate and transition-to-community nurses. You will provide on-site education, clinical supervision and structured support across community-based mental health services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver education and learning support for Entry to Practice nurses in community settings Provide individual and group clinical supervision to support reflective, recovery-oriented practice Support nurses transitioning into community mental health roles Work collaboratively with managers, team leaders and education leads Contribute to safe practice, quality improvement and a positive learning culture About You: Registered Psychiatric Nurse with experience in public community mental health Background in clinical supervision, education or preceptorship Strong understanding of recovery-oriented practice and risk management Able to work autonomously and build effective relationships across teams Western Health is one of the largest healthcare providers in Victoria, caring for a vibrant, diverse and rapidly growing community of one million people in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
