Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of PPL Lounge Serving food and beverages to guests Assist guests in a friendly manner Processing the guest accounts using the res Job Description Greet the guests and escort them to the designated seating Collect payment from the guests at the reception counter before proceeding to the lounge Ensure check in process runs smoothly – process the guest accounts accurately and efficiently Handle the guest questions and concern in good manner Making sure the reception area is always well prepared, clean and monitored at all times Prepare food labels as required by the kitchen Replenish food and beverages in the food counters and refrigerators in a timely and hygienic manner Ensure sufficient stock levels of amenities are available Ensure the services, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of the Lounge achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards Contribute to a safe working environment by ensuring properly trained in safe working practices, safety hazard identification and risk management To attend training sessions and meetings if required Report to duty punctually, dressed and groomed to required standards Job Requirement Must have previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally within an airport or lounge environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
