We’re looking for a strategic marketer with a flair for community building and customer engagement. Your key responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive customer engagement asset‑level strategy that includes attracting tenants, onboarding seamlessly, connecting continuously, and off‑boarding positively. Curate and manage meaningful building communities to enhance tenant satisfaction and drive retention. Develop and implement brand‑aligned campaigns, collateral and digital content (using Canva, InDesign, Hubspot, etc.). Own and manage marketing budgets and reporting metrics. Create leasing experiences that engage and convert. Maintain strong collaboration with internal leasing teams, creative agencies and digital platforms. Manage and grow the asset’s presence across property portals, social media and customer engagement apps. Lead the attraction, onboarding, support and off‑boarding process for tenants to ensure a smooth and memorable journey. Build deep, multi‑layered relationships with tenants – from executives to on‑site teams. Curate and deliver tailored events, activations, partnerships and wellness programmes to strengthen tenant communities. Develop and manage the tenant engagement strategy in collaboration with concierge and service partners. Leverage feedback and analytics to continuously improve tenant satisfaction and community engagement. Deliver targeted communications based on audience segments (CEOs, leasing agents, tenant teams). Use insights, feedback and data to refine initiatives and report on performance. Manage external suppliers, contractors and partners to deliver high‑quality experiences and communications. What you bring Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related field. Proven marketing experience, specifically in retail or property marketing. Strong understanding of property fundamentals. Proficiency in marketing platforms and design tools. Excellent communication, project management and problem‑solving skills. A high customer service mindset with a create, energetic and collaborative approach. Experience designing and organising competitions and surveys. An understanding of tenant and stakeholder drivers and needs. Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
