Engineering Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Coordinator We’re seeking a Engineering Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Coordinator to join our team at CSL Seqirus, based at the Tullamarine site with some requirements to travel to Woodend. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is pivotal in managing our long-term service partners and ensuring seamless facilities operations across critical manufacturing environments. The Role Lead and coordinate major service partners and their subcontractors. Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and CSL standards. Manage budgets, procurement processes, and vendor performance. Own compliance activities including deviations, CAPAs, and safety incidents. Act as CSL’s representative for all IFM-related matters across both sites. Use SAP or equivalent CMMS to monitor and report on service delivery. Your Skills and Experience Experience in facilities or contractor management in large-scale environments. Proven experience managing vendors and service contracts. Proficiency in SAP or similar CMMS platforms. Understanding of GMP compliance (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
