SAP Solution Architect

Overview SAP Solution Architect is currently required to work on a mission critical Digital transformation program. You will be responsible for ensuring robust and comprehensive architectural technical designs and plans for applications, databases, and integrations, delivering the required functionality, reliability, scalability, and security for our business. Responsibilities Design the end-to-end architecture for Finance SAP ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, HR, Payroll strategy, and IT standards. Define and document system architecture, data flows, and integration touchpoints across Finance ERP modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, FICO), rostering products, and related systems. Translate Finance business processes and requirements into robust technical specifications and solution designs. Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather and analyse business and non-functional requirements and drive consensus. Facilitate workshops and clearly communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle from design through deployment, including technical input into the migration of finance-related data. Define a series of interim architectural stages from a Finance perspective that support the delivery of the end-state solution. Review and approve system designs, integration plans, test strategies, change requests, risk assessment, and support issue resolution. Perform technical analysis of current and target-state systems and produce architecture blueprints, solution design documents, and operational guidelines. Recommend enhancements and upgrades to Finance ERP systems and stay current with emerging technologies such as AI in talent management, predictive analytics, and employee experience platforms. Qualifications / Requirements To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Solution Architect with solid experience in SAP S/4Hana Rise or Grown and have solid skills in designing and implementing ERP finance solutions from end to end. You will also be able to translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure technology solutions. You will also have experience integrating ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA Rise or Grow with HCM, payroll, identity management, and other enterprise systems using tools like SAP SCPI, SAP BTP, or any integration capability available within the Finance ERP platform itself. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are a must.
