The Opportunity Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a Quality & Risk Manager to lead our Quality Management System and foster a culture of safety across the hospital. Responsibilities Develop, implement and monitor strategies and systems to ensure safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred services. Promote a safety culture through communication, continuous improvement and engagement. Ensure compliance with national policies, the National Safety and Quality Health Service and other regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clinical and non‑clinical leaders across the hospital and the Ramsay Health Care network. About You You are a self‑motivated professional with excellent communication and leadership skills, detail‑oriented and experienced in strategic planning, workforce management and policy development. You lead, empower and engage staff and act as a positive role model. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in nursing, or healthcare administration. Minimum 5 years’ experience in an acute hospital setting. Experience facilitating activities to achieve hospital‑wide accreditation. Expert knowledge of clinical governance and risk management systems. Capacity to collect, interpret and use clinical data to inform care and processes. Experience in change management.
