Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Sydney Area for an English Faculty Leader. The English Faculty Leader will oversee the development and implementation of the English curriculum, ensure high‑quality teaching practices, and guide faculty members in fostering student engagement and academic achievement. Responsibilities Teach English and literature to students. Lead professional development for faculty members. Create an environment that supports reflective and forward‑thinking learning experiences for students. Qualifications Expertise in English teaching and fostering student engagement. Proficiency in curriculum development and designing instructional materials. Extensive knowledge of literature and English literature. Strong leadership and faculty development skills. Commitment to upholding the College’s Christian values and fostering a supportive learning environment. Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field. Teacher accreditation and experience in a leadership capacity are highly preferred.
