The Leader of Teaching & Learning will model, promote and facilitate contemporary learning principles, including the seamless integration of technology, into the learning cycle. The position includes coordinating academic compliance, leading curriculum reform, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning. Responsibilities extend to supporting staff development, leading teacher appraisal processes, and enhancing staff-student relationships. Additionally, the role involves engaging with parents, coordinating key school events, and collaborating with the leadership team to evaluate programs, curriculum offerings, and strategic planning.
