We are looking for an experienced aged care manager as a roving Residential Site Manager across Bene’s 4 residential sites. About The Role As a Residential Site Manager (RSM) , you will work collaboratively with the Director of Residential Aged Care in providing site operational leadership. Key Responsibilities Provide interim leadership at residential site as required. Oversee clinical, operational, and workforce. Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation. Support staff performance, accountability, and professional development. Promote a culture of safety, respect, and service excellence. Engage with older persons, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive care environment. About You AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse. Experience as a Residential Site Manager in aged care, with a strong track record of operational and clinical leadership. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Residential Site Manager. Sound knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation, and clinical systems. A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different site environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Current National Police Clearance.
