The Opportunity This role is perfect for a senior leader ready to shape the future of care by: Leading clinical and care excellence across all residential sites Delivering a robust clinical governance and quality framework Embedding strengthened aged care standards and regulatory compliance Driving digital health innovation and contemporary care models Leading multi-site operations, workforce capability, and cultural uplift Optimising AN-ACC, budgets, KPIs and organisational performance You’ll have the mandate to influence organisational strategy, drive transformational change, and uplift outcomes for residents and families. What You Bring Proven expertise in clinical governance, quality systems and accreditation Strong ability to lead complex, multi-site operations Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Commercial acumen and experience managing large budgets Registered Nurse (AHPRA) essential Post-graduate qualifications in health, business or management are desirable Why Join?
