About Asymmetri (Ai):Asymmetri, also known as Ai, is a dynamic and innovative FinTech startup dedicated to revolutionising the homebuying and homeownership experience in Australia. We aim to develop cutting-edge solutions to address the unique challenges faced by Australian homebuyers and homeowners, leveraging technology to create more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly financial products and services.Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Business Builder to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a transformative startup, playing a critical role in building and shaping the business from the ground up. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with partner companies, ensuring the successful launch and growth of Asymmetri (Ai).Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key partner companies essential to the success of Asymmetri (Ai).- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including market research, competitive analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and initiatives.- Negotiation and Deal-Making: Lead negotiations with potential partners and stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements and partnerships.- Networking: Represent Asymmetri (Ai) at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build the company’s profile and expand its network.Qualifications:- Experience: Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role, ideally within the FinTech or financial services industry.- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to work independently and take ownership of projects.- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.- Flexibility: Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.Rewards and Compensation:The successful candidate will be rewarded with a significant and negotiable compensation package, reflecting the critical importance of this role to the success of Asymmetri (Ai).
