Logistics Dispatch & Scheduling Team Leader Full-Time | Midnight Start | Monday to Friday | Chilled, Frozen & Dry Goods MBL Food & Packaging is seeking a highly reliable, proactive and hands‑on Logistics Dispatch & Scheduling Team Leader to coordinate and oversee daily delivery operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage time‑sensitive tasks, and the capability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Scan and upload all delivery dockets into the routing system with accuracy and efficiency. Plan and schedule multi‑drop delivery routes based on truck capacity, delivery zones, stock type (chilled, frozen, dry) and customer requirements. Adjust delivery runs to accommodate customer changes, urgent requests, or operational needs. Finalize daily manifests and allocate tasks to loaders. Ensure loaders consolidate orders according to the manifest and prepare trucks for on‑time departure. Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service to ensure smooth operational flow. Maintain high standards of safety and compliance across all dispatch activities. Qualifications Preferably holds an HR licence. Forklift licence and First Aid certificate are highly regarded. Medically fit and able to pass drug and alcohol testing. Ability to provide a current National Police Clearance. Willingness to work a midnight start, Monday to Friday. Willing to work overtime when required or complete delivery runs in the event of staff shortages. Strong understanding of delivery scheduling, routing, and load management. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Why Join MBL Food & Packaging?
