About the role Due to continuous high demand in work InterCentral is looking for casual to full-time Customer service team member with the ability to look after Receiving and Dispatch for some clients as well, demanding but rewarding role within the 3PL warehousing industry. Tasks & responsibilities Assist customers with enquiries via Email and Live Chat Daily order releasing for all clients Daily transport booking for clients Inventory receiving using SAP and Carton Cloud WMS Assist customers with order enquiries such as cancellations and amendments Ad-Hoc duties as requested Maintaining daily delivery manifest Skills and Experience Agile, resilient and ability to multitask SAP knowledge a MUST Ability to use Warehouse management systems a MUST Excel and Word experience Demonstrates a genuine passion for customer service Team player with a flexible and open mindset A can-do attitude and a desire for continuous improvement 3PL Warehousing experience a MUST Benefits to successful candidate Competitive hourly rate.
